I love acetate smooshing, so I thought I would give it a try with Inka Gold. AWESOME! So fun and easy to do.
I started by adding the teeny, tiniest amount of inka gold to my acetate sheet, spritzing with water and then smooshing it into my mixed media paper card front (I like it the best for this technique). I love that you have control over where to add the colour.
I also did a regular smooshing with the violet and steel blue inka golds on card stock ... ended up with very deep colours and used that to die-cut my umbrella (which is popped up over the acetate smooshed background). The handle is die-cut from silver foil paper.
Finished by stamping my sentiment and heat embossing in silver. Quick card to make.

I LOVE this card, Loll! It's the soft backgrounds you create that set off your artwork so beautifully! You always compliment it perfectly. The sheen on that umbrella is terrific!
